We stand by everything we sell, 100%. So if you’re not satisfied with your order, neither are we. We’ll make it right – from reprinting your order or issuing an account credit to even refunding you in full. We’ll even cover shipping.

If you ever have an issue with your Apex Stickers order, it's our goal to resolve it to best meet your needs. So if a reprint or account credit doesn’t solve your problem, we’ll refund your money 100%.

Important aspects of our Return Policy:

  • We must be contacted within 5 days from delivery of any defects. We will be unable to replace or refund any orders brought to our attention after 5 days of confirmed delivery by our carriers.
  • We require you submit a photograph or video that clearly shows the issue.
  • We do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you simply decide you do not want it, ordered the wrong size or prefer a different product.
  • If we determine that the issue was caused on our end, we will replace the order.
  • We may request that you return the complete order before we reproduce your order. If so, we will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required.
  • We will reproduce your order within 5 days if we verify that we made an error.
  • We will use the original production time and shipping method when reproducing an order.
  • The intent of our guarantee is to stand behind the quality and value of our products. It might go without saying, but just to be sure, we don’t assume liability for lost sales, labor costs, or other costs - but we’ve got you covered on reprinting stickers and shipping costs.

Orders lost or damaged during delivery.

Shipping plays an important part of our business, which means that we expect nothing short of excellent, on time service on your shipments. It’s true that while your order is in transit, situations come up that are slightly out of our control, but we will not charge you for these issues. Please let us know within 5 days of the delivery date if your order arrived damaged or was lost in shipment.

Carrier or weather delays that impact transit times are not covered as part of our guarantee.
